Personal Track Safety (PTS) Cleaners

Let us worry about compliance so you don’t have to. Pro-Active is fully licensed and Link-up approved to sponsor our staff for PTS certification. We supply PTS certified staff members for various train companies across the UK. As part of our responsibility as their sponsors, we maintain employee PTS certifications and renew their medicals while providing continuous cover for their roles to ensure uninterrupted work.

Ticket Office

Currently Pro-Active is servicing over sixty two station providing thousands of hours weekly of Customer Service, Barrier and ticket Office staff for some of the biggest TOC’s in the industry. Over the years there is not a type of position we did not fill and a service we did not provide. We therefore feel very comfortable that we are probably the leading agency in our Railway Customer Service field.

Crowd Control – Reading Station

Duration – Jan 2009 – April 2009

We were contracted to supply and manage crowd control personnel at Reading Station to reroute commuters while the escalators were undergoing maintenance. This was considered to be a safety critical project and therefore the attendance and punctuality of our staff was imperative to the station’s operation. Pro-Active engaged in an abundance of contingency planning to ensure the positions were never left uncovered. It should be noted that Reading Station is amongst the top 5 busiest rail stations in the UK.
